We want to keep our customers happy and on the trail with their horse, but if for some reason you feel the need to return a product you can do so within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. All riding equipment will be subject to a refund appraisal. Entire purchase price MAY NOT be refunded depending on the appraisal. If the product is still new (unused) condition a full refund of the price of the product will be awarded. If the product has been used after purchase has been made then only an appraised portion of the purchase price will be refunded.
